Personal Training

  • Do you want to train smarter to achieve your goals more efficiently?
  • Are you bored from doing the same old exercise routine?
  • Do niggles or pain stop you from doing the things you love?

As the saying goes “you’re only as strong as your weakest link”. My training philosophy is based on strengthening the weak links within the body to ensure you have a strong stable platform for movement. This allows you to become functionally stronger, fitter and leaner so you can get on with doing the activities you enjoy, without being burdened by reoccurring niggles or injury. I will change your perception of needing to work long and hard to moving intelligently instead.

Initial assessment

As a new client you will undergo a biomechanical assessment to identify your body’s unique structure, movement patterns and posture.  In order to gain a big picture understanding of your specific needs, I also like to understand your lifestyle.
The initial assessment will provide me with a holistic understanding of where you are now and where you would like to be. It will also give us a starting point from which to track your results over time, measuring your rate of progress as you work towards achieving your personal health, fitness and wellness goals.
