I offer a 12-week Revitalise Programme, encompassing inspiration, support, education, accountability, and fun. This programme is designed to teach you the smart way to achieve your fitness and wellness aspirations.

A three pillar approach is taken:

1. Address the stress

To ensure your journey toward health and wellness is efficient, it’s important to address any stressors you may have in your life. By understanding where your stress comes from and how you are dealing with it, it allows us to minimise or eliminate the impact on you and achieving your goals.

Key stressors can include:

  • Physical: Excessive or lack of exercise.
  • Chemical: Drugs (prescription and non prescription), caffeine, alcohol, nicotine.
  • Mental/emotional: Financial, marital, work, family, fear.
  • Nutritional: Diets high in processed foods, sugar, poor eating habits.
  • Electromagnetic: Artificial light, microwaves, screen time.

2. Holistic diagnostic testing

I utilise holistic diagnostic testing such as, functional blood chemistry analysis, stress hormonal profiles (adrenal fatigue), and food sensitivities, to personalise your health program to a whole new level.

Stress hormonal profile testing

An adrenal dysfunction test and comprehensive questionnaire illustrate if your body is battling stress, where your stress comes from and how these stressors can affect you. Having hormonal balance between your stress hormone cortisol and your growth and repair hormone DHEA is paramount for optimal health. If there is dysfunction between these two hormones, this ignites a cascade of physiological responses that can have far reaching consequences on our well being. 2. Movement/Exercise

I use intelligent movement to train the body three dimensionally, as it is designed to move, with functional movements that challenge the whole body ensuring a time efficient and calorie consuming workout. To ensure you remain focused, accountable and motivated throughout your sessions, a weekly check-in coaching tool is used.

  • Appointments can be made by telephone, email or text message.
  • All sessions must be booked in advance.
  • Contact me for a booking
  • Comfortable clothing and a sweat towel are recommended for all training sessions.
  • To avoid dehydration, please bring a water bottle.
  • All new clients will be required to undergo an initial assessment prior to commencing their first movement training session.
  • If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to arrive for your appointment on time, please phone and inform me. To ensure other clients are not inconvenienced, the session will finish at the scheduled time.
  • In order to maximise your training session, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment. This allows adequate time for changing in to your exercise attire and warm-up time to prepare your body for your workout.
  • All sessions are 55 minutes in duration, unless previously arranged.
  • Attending all personal training sessions is essential for progress toward your goals. However, unforeseen circumstances beyond control can arise on occasion. In order to allow for these, the following cancellation policy applies:
  • When cancelling an appointment I respectfully ask for 24 hours notice.
  • Failure to contact me by telephone or text messaging may result in the session being charged for.
