I have been working with Ginera twice a week for almost 12 years. That in itself should indicate how much I value her expertise and advice. As a 60+ years old office worker spending most of my day at a computer, I’ve found the regular sessions with Ginera over the last 10 years, to be a huge help in terms of improving my core strength, flexibility and overall energy levels.

Since training with Ginera I now don’t have to see the chiropractor anymore. She has worked with me to strengthen my neck and back which were causing me problems. She has given me the tools to think about how I should do an exercise correctly to ensure that I’m not causing injury to myself which I have done in the past by not doing exercises properly. My programme is changed regularly and it is tough and varied enough which stops me getting bored and keeps me interested in going to the gym.
After four months training with Ginera, I can say at the age of forty one I am stronger and fitter then I have ever been. My commitment to the gym is back and I look forward to every training session now, all because Ginera had custom made a programme to help me achieve my goals.
